By Sea Kayak to Feigum Falls

The magnificence of the Feigum waterfall is hard to rival; it is Norway’s second tallest free flowing waterfall, and towers over the little burg of Feigum.

Waterfalls are an integral element in the Norwegian landscape - they practically define it!

Feigum Falls !

After basic instruction from your guide, you will paddle five kilometers northeast along the craggy shore, past farms and boathouses, at the foot of the mountain Rivenosi and in view of Jostedal Glacier, mainland Europe’s largest.

You will beach your kayaks at the mouth of the Feigum River and hike for about twenty minutes through the Norwegian landscape to an idyllic lunch site near the base of the falls. If you are feeling especially adventurous, allow your guide to lead you to the top of the falls for the view of a lifetime before returning to your kayaks and paddling back to Vetle-Kroken.
